#MessierMonday No. 104

This week we’re looking at M104—and it’s the last #MessierMonday of 2021! We are ending the year on a stunner.

The dust lane and the incredibly bright bulge give it the impression of a Sombrero, hence it’s more common name: the Sombrero Galaxy.
